About the event

Come join the History, Classics, and Religion Graduate Students' Association for a fun and free tour of Rutherford House, the home of Alberta's first Premier and co-founder of the University of Alberta, Alexander Cameron Rutherford! The tour is of the interior of the home and is a great way to learn about some of the history of Alberta, Edmonton, and the University of Alberta. The tour will be roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes in length, but extra time has been added to allow for questions.

The tour will be led by two HCRGSA graduate students, Colby Parkkila and Westin Dowie, who work as historical interpreters at Rutherford House. Come enjoy a free tour, learn some history, and get acquainted with some folks in HCR!

Pre-registration is required. Register via this link here!
